It owns or manages the listed houses, which are situated in the immediate vicinity of Birmingham University and all of which are rented to students attending the University.
All houses are located at low numbers in the premier side-roads off Bristol Road, within the popular core area most sought after by students, only 2 to 7 minutes walk to the University.
